Established in 1999, Rupak Engineering is a steel fabrication contractor based in Viralimalai, Tamil Nadu, specialising in the machining and fabrication of boiler components and general industrial fabrication. We work from approved drawings through to dispatch and site handover, covering heavy and structural steel, alloy and stainless steel fabrication, mechanical works and on-site execution.
Our work is built around the documentation that PSU and EPC clients expect: drawing-controlled fabrication, qualified welders, dimensional inspection, and material traceability. That discipline earned us approval as a registered sub-contractor to BHEL Trichy and vendor registration with NLC India.

Our 6,000 sq ft covered workshop sits on 1.39 acres in Viralimalai's industrial area, directly accessible from the Trichy–Madurai Bypass Road. The facility handles cutting, forming, fit-up, welding and finishing under one roof, with a dedicated bay for dimensional and weld inspection before any component is released for dispatch. A 125 KVA standby generator ensures uninterrupted operations.
