Our scope covers a wide range of pressure-part and non-pressure-part fabrication including air nozzles, distributor plates, compartment assemblies, coal nozzle tips, transition chutes and stainless steel ductwork. All work is carried out to BHEL-approved drawings and quality plans, with full weld and dimensional traceability.

Industrial Use Cases

  • Air nozzles, distributor plates and compartment assemblies
  • Coal nozzle tips for power plant boilers
  • Transition chutes, feed pipes, down spouts and mixing box assemblies
  • Stainless steel seal plates, bunker emptying chutes and SS ductwork

Benefits

  • BHEL-approved sub-contractor with established vendor qualification
  • Full traceability of materials, welds and dimensions to BHEL quality plans
  • Experience across carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel grades

02

Heavy Fabrication

We fabricate heavy steel structures and equipment to drawing-specified tolerances, covering cutting, forming, sub-assembly, full assembly and dimensional inspection under one roof. Work is planned against approved GA and fabrication drawings, with weld procedures and material traceability maintained through every stage.

Industrial Use Cases

  • Bunkers, hoppers and chutes for bulk material handling
  • Equipment skids and support structures for process plants
  • Foundation bolts, anchor channels, templates, shim plates and sleeve pipes
  • Alloy steel fabricated beams and seal boxes

Benefits

  • Single point of accountability from raw material to dispatch
  • Dimensional control verified against drawing before handover
  • Capacity for large-section and high-tonnage components

03

Structural Fabrication

Our structural fabrication scope covers columns, beams, trusses, platforms, walkways and pipe racks fabricated to IS code and project-specific structural drawings. Each member is cut, drilled and welded to fit, with surface preparation and primer coating completed prior to dispatch.

Industrial Use Cases

  • Plant buildings, sheds and equipment platforms
  • Pipe racks and cable tray support structures
  • Walkways, staircases and access platforms

Benefits

  • Fit-up accuracy that reduces site rework and erection time
  • Coating and surface preparation handled before dispatch
  • Structural members fabricated to IS 800 / project specification

Industrial Contracting

We take on industrial contracting scopes that combine fabrication, erection and site execution under a single work order. This includes coordinating manpower, equipment and material flow on site, working to the client's project schedule and safety procedures.

Industrial Use Cases

  • Turnkey fabrication-and-erection packages for plant expansions
  • Combined mechanical and structural work orders
  • Shutdown and outage support contracting

Benefits

  • One contractor for fabrication, supply and site execution
  • Resource planning aligned to client project schedules
  • Reduced coordination overhead for the client's project team

Mechanical Works

Our mechanical works scope covers equipment installation, alignment, piping support work and mechanical erection at site. Work is carried out by trained millwrights and fitters using calibrated alignment and measuring instruments, with records maintained for client handover.

Industrial Use Cases

  • Rotating and static equipment installation and alignment
  • Piping support fabrication and installation
  • Mechanical erection during plant shutdowns

Benefits

  • Trained mechanical crew familiar with PSU site procedures
  • Alignment and installation records maintained for handover
  • Flexible deployment for planned and unplanned shutdowns

06

Plant Maintenance Support

We provide fabrication and mechanical maintenance support for operating plants, including scheduled overhauls, breakdown repairs and minor structural modifications carried out without disrupting ongoing operations. Crews are briefed on permit-to-work and plant safety procedures before mobilisation.

Industrial Use Cases

  • Scheduled shutdown and overhaul support
  • Breakdown fabrication and repair at short notice
  • Minor structural modifications to existing plant

Benefits

  • Rapid mobilisation for breakdown and emergency repairs
  • Crews experienced in working under live-plant permit systems
  • Reduces dependency on multiple maintenance vendors

Welding Services

Welding is carried out by welders qualified to relevant procedures, using SMAW, GMAW and GTAW processes as specified by the job. Weld quality is verified through visual inspection and, where specified, NDT coordination, with records maintained for every joint logged against the WPS.

Industrial Use Cases

  • Structural and pressure-part welding to approved WPS
  • Site welding for erection and tie-in joints
  • Repair welding on existing plant components

Benefits

  • Welders qualified and tested to the specified procedure
  • Weld traceability maintained for client quality records
  • Process flexibility across SMAW, GMAW and GTAW

Custom Engineering Fabrication

When a component doesn't exist off the shelf, we fabricate it to client drawing or, where needed, to a measured sample and agreed specification. This covers tanks, ducting, chutes, jigs, fixtures and other equipment that falls outside standard catalogue items.

Industrial Use Cases

  • Non-standard tanks, ducting and chutes
  • Jigs, fixtures and handling equipment
  • Prototype and one-off components built to specification

Benefits

  • Engineering input at the fabrication stage, not just production
  • Suited to low-volume and one-off requirements
  • Specification agreed and signed off before fabrication begins
